Tours Suspended

Updated July 23, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all tours in San Diego have been suspended until July 31, 2020. We will continue to monitor and adjust our timeline as needed or required by city, state, and national health officials.

In the meantime, if you have questions or would like more information about our tours, please be in touch and we’ll respond within 24 hours. And if you’re interested in one of our tours for the future, please consider purchasing a Gift Certificate. This is a very difficult time for the travel and tourism industry and we appreciate all of your support for our small, independently-owned business.

Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity.

Masks – We ensure that all staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE, and all guests must wear masks as well. If a guest does not have a mask we will provide one.

Social Distancing – Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour.

Headphones – To ensure you can hear your guide we will provide an audio system that includes an over-the-ear headphone. If you would prefer to use your own be sure they have a 3.5mm plug.

Wellness Checks – Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free.

Cleaning – Our employees will have hand sanitizer available and will point out hand washing opportunities as needed throughout the tour. Any handouts will be single use only.

Contact Free – We love our guests and like to greet them with a handshake, and often say goodbye with a hug. Unfortunately we will be eliminating this too, along with collecting cash for payment and gratuities. If you’d like to provide your guide with a “thank you” they will provide their PayPal or Venmo information.

For the safety of everyone we ask that if you have experienced any COVID19 symptoms (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, vomiting or diarrhea, new loss of taste or smell) we ask that you do not participate in our tours. We will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
